It was uncertain whether Reed would be back next year even before he started missing FG's. It was fairly certain that Reed would not be back next year before he missed a 26 yard chip shot. It's not like he had four years left on his contract; he was already on the way out. Getting rid of him sooner rather than later gives us a chance to try and stop the bleeding, as it were.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

There is nothing to compare to a new baby. Enjoy your time together. How fortunate you are at home so much so you can. I know you will all be successful together on every level because your priorities are in the right place. Blessings to you all.

I know what you mean. The whole transition from just working for someone to creating your own business with different income streams and funnels and everything has been a bit painful. I've learned so much and I just keep finding that there's a lot more that I need to learn.

I thought I was hot stuff when I figured out how to work website tonight and design a website. Little did I know that was only the beginning. All the social networking, bookmarking, social content sites, and landing pages, building traffic, etc. has me wondering if I'll ever get to the point where I can support my family with my online ventures. I thoroughly enjoy what I'm doing and feel like I'm just about to break over the tipping point into the area where things begin to happen.

And, when I look back at where I came from to where I am, I can't believe the difference. I'm a whole new person with a totally different jargon and I think I've become an official geek. (In a good way, of course.)

Thanks for the great post. Congratulations on your new little baby. I know you're a good dad. Keep up the example of putting your priorities in the right order. It's good to have you back.

Michael, I believe the biggest and best compliment I can give is simply to say "I wish I had written that" and that's what I have to say to you about this post. Well done. All the best to your family and bouncing baby Bristol.

Willing to be vulnerable and have someone speak truth into your life is valuable, so pick wisely. Seek wisdom and she will find you and teach you well. Thanks Michael.
